- Designed and deployed SCOM monitoring infrastructure using SQL Server 2012 databases.
- Led infrastructure monitoring for Best Buy across all sites nationwide.
- Managed the complete Microsoft System Center suite operations, including SCSM (Service Manager), SCCM (Configuration Manager), SCOM (Operations Manager), and Orchestrator.
- Developed and configured automated workflows, notifications, and subscriptions to ensure proactive incident management and service delivery.
